On February 9, 2010, Vereniging AEGON arranged a new three year term and revolving facilities agreement with a consortium of banks that can be extended until 2014.
Vereniging AEGON can draw under this facility up to an amount of € 1,250,000,000. The new financing facility replaces a repo facility and back-up facility both having an original available amount of € 1,650,000,000 with original maturity dates in September 2010.
