The General Meeting of Members of Vereniging Aegon has fourteen members. These members have different social backgrounds.
Of these fourteen members, twelve have no ties to Aegon Ltd. They are neither current nor former employees of Aegon Ltd. or its associated companies, nor current or former members of the Board of Directors of Aegon Ltd, previously the Supervisory Board or Executive Board of Aegon N.V. The two other members are members of the Executive Committee of Aegon Ltd, and one is also a member of the Board of Directors.
The Vereniging has an Executive Committee comprised of seven members, five of whom, including the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman, do not have and never have had ties to Aegon Ltd. The two other members are members of the Executive Committee of Aegon Ltd, and one is also a member of the Board of Directors.
