Vereniging Aegon has taken note of the Capital Markets Day press release issued by Aegon Ltd. on 10 December 2025.
Vereniging Aegon considers the decision to relocate Aegon Ltd to the US set out in the press release as an important and positive step for Aegon.
Ahead of the EGM planned by the company for Q4 2026, Vereniging Aegon will review and constructively consider any forthcoming proposals in relation to the impact on the Vereniging of the proposed relocation to the US.
