Member of the Executive Committee
Mayte Oosterveld (1974) was appointed as member A of the Executive Committee effective 15 October 2026. She began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs International in London. She subsequently held positions at Ahold Delhaize and PLUS Retail, where she served as CFO and interim co-CEO. From 2024 to 2026, she was CFO and a member of the Management Board of Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V.
She currently serves on the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of Royal Vopak N.V. In addition, she chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Supervisory Board of Koninklijke Ahrend N.V.
